About warrants.asia
Who runs this site
warrants.asia is run by an editorial team focused on structured warrants education across Bursa Malaysia, HKEX, and ASEAN markets. We are not a broker, issuer, or exchange, and we hold no position in and receive no compensation from any warrant, issuer, or underlying listed on this site.
Our network
warrants.asia is part of a small group of commonly owned sites. When we link to one of them, we are linking to something we own. You should read those links as recommendations from us, not as independent corroboration — so we name them here rather than let them read as third-party endorsement.
- Trade Wizard ↗
Live Bursa Malaysia market data, screening and analysis tools. Where we point readers who need current prices, since this site deliberately carries none.
- Trade Wizard Academy ↗
Paid courses and structured training, for readers who want to go further than our free guides.
- Warren Mak ↗
Independent commentary and education on Malaysian structured warrants. Referenced here as further reading — not as the author of anything on this site.
- Malaysia Investor Events ↗
A listing of investment seminars, bootcamps and webinars across Malaysia, including third-party events we do not run.
Everything else we link to — exchanges, regulators, issuers, brokers — is unaffiliated, chosen on merit, and receives nothing from us. See how we choose what we link to.
Our methodology
We publish two kinds of data, and we label which is which on every page.
Curated listings. Strike, expiry, entitlement ratio, and other contract terms are compiled by hand from issuer term sheets and exchange listing documents, labelled with a lastUpdateddate, and linked directly to the issuer or exchange's own screener as the authoritative source.
Dated exchange samples.A few pages show a small, hand-picked sample of real exchange data — for instance the HKEX warrant and CBBC tables — captured once, labelled with its capture date, and never refreshed. These exist to show what a real warrant line looks like, not to price anything. The figures in them are stale by design, and every page carrying one links to the exchange's own screener as the live, authoritative source.
We do not run live market data feeds. The site makes exactly one third-party request at page-load time: indicative foreign exchange rates for the currency converter, from ExchangeRate-API, attributed on that page. No exchange price feed is fetched, proxied, or republished anywhere on this site.
We hold no market data redistribution licence from any exchange, and we do not guarantee real-time pricing anywhere. If you are an exchange or issuer and want a page changed or removed, email us at the address below and we will act on it.
Our educational content (the Learn section and glossary) is written and reviewed by our editorial team, cross-checked against Bursa Malaysia, HKEX, and issuer publications, and dated so you can see when each page was last substantively updated.
Disclaimer
Everything on warrants.asia is educational content only and is not investment advice. We do not recommend any specific warrant, issuer, or trading strategy. Structured warrants are leveraged, time-decaying instruments that can lose their full value — read the risks section of our structured warrants guide before trading, and consult a licensed financial adviser for advice specific to your circumstances.
